Community Wellbeing Coordinator

Inspired Villages is a leading provider of residential communities that prioritize the wellbeing of our residents. We are seeking an experienced Gym and Activities Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with our residents, providing support and assistance in maintaining their physical and mental health. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of exercise and wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of group fitness classes and activities
* Support residents in setting and achieving their health and wellbeing goals
* Develop and implement personalized exercise programs for residents with specific needs or requirements
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and activities
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role
* A recognized qualification in exercise science or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
