Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Benefits Coordinator to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in fostering Community Benefits and Social Value.

Salary Range:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and reporting support for Social Value activities.
  • Research and source information for tenders, including Council employability strategies and third-sector organisations.
  • Develop and implement Social Value principles within project frameworks.
  • Stay informed about industry Social Value developments and share insights with the team.
  • Design and deliver educational initiatives and community engagement activities.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Social Value within the construction industry.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create engaging marketing materials for social media.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
