Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant: A Role That Makes a Difference

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at our luxury care home in Kingston upon Thames.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents. You will work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences and develop activities that cater to their interests.

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you will also be responsible for organizing key events throughout the year, such as our Summer Fete. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all events are well-planned and executed, providing a fun and enjoyable experience for our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus benefits including shift premiums, annual leave, and a workplace pension with matching contributions. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
