About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Premier Work Support. As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in line with all relevant health and safety regulations.

About the Job

  • Implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Development and delivery of training programs for employees
  • Investigation of accidents and near misses, and identification of corrective actions
  • Monitoring and maintenance of first aid equipment and fire drill records
  • Assessment of risks and development of safety plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of HSE standards, risk management, and compliance
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • IT literacy, including Excel

About You

  • A motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety regulations
  • An excellent eye for detail to identify potential hazards
  • Ability to present and deliver training plans
  • Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
