Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim People Partner to support our HR operations and people plans. The successful candidate will lead business partnering, payroll, employee relations, HR process development, talent management, and data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all business partnering, payroll, employee relations, and HR process development
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform HR decisions
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to drive HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide HR support to restaurant teams and management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and data analysis
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
