**Job Title:** Interim Quality and Compliance Manager

**Relationships:** All business functions, external regulatory bodies, and suppliers

**Job Type:** Interim

**Location:** Hybrid (London and Chelmsford)

**Duration:** 6 months

**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at Eurobase People. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization is compliant with relevant regulations and standards, while also managing the day-to-day aspects of the job role.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
  • Transition to ISO 27001:2022
  • Establish effective document control for the business
  • Ensure ISO compliance for Climate Control

**Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups within a software delivery environment. They will be responsible for promoting the highest quality of standards across the organization, ensuring that all core business processes, procedures, and policies are fit for purpose and fully compliant.
