**Job Duration:** 6 months

**About Eurobase People:

We are a leading provider of software solutions and services, and we are seeking an experienced Interim Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Group Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices and processes are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure compliance with The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other relevant regulations.
  • To lead the transition to ISO 27001:2022 and establish effective document control processes.
  • To ensure ISO compliance for Climate Control and other relevant areas.
  • To promote the highest quality of standards across the organization and ensure that all core business processes, procedures, and policies are fit for purpose and fully compliant.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working with multiple stakeholder groups within a software delivery environment.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to promote a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
