Job Summary:

Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing major gifts and developing strategic relationships with trusts and major donors.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on our organization's mission. As a Senior Philanthropy Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a major gifts strategy to secure five and six-figure donations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trusts and major donors, including relationship management and stewardship
  • Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Head of Appeal to develop and implement a new major appeal strategy
  • Providing support to the Philanthropy Manager with relationship management and fundraising activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in philanthropy fundraising, with a track record of securing major gifts
  • An extensive portfolio of excellent relationship management with trusts and major donors
  • Strong experience in managing income and expenditure budgets
