Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Fundraising Manager to lead the development and management of an Individual Giving programme with a focus on direct mail and digital platforms.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain donors, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Engagement and Head of Digital to devise and execute fundraising plans.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate fundraising activities and optimize performance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing best practices and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience of successful fundraising from individuals, across a range of methods including print and online.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating fundraising activities and optimizing performance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing best practice and techniques.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa £40,500.
  • A permanent, full-time contract.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 1-2 days in office per week.
