Job Summary:

Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing major gifts and developing relationships with trusts and major donors.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned fundraising professional to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on our organization's mission. You will work closely with our Head of Philanthropy and Head of Appeal to develop and implement a new major appeal strategy, providing essential support to the Philanthropy Manager with relationship management of larger trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new major appeal strategy to secure five and six-figure gifts
  • Provide exceptional relationship management support to the Philanthropy Manager with larger trusts and major donors
  • Deliver high-quality fundraising reports and analysis to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in philanthropy fundraising, having worked across multiple income streams
  • An extensive portfolio of excellent relationship management with medium to large-sized trusts and major donors
  • Strong experience in managing income and expenditure budgets
