Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, cash handling, and customer data protection.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
