Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying selling opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
- Assist with stock control, ensuring that products are properly stocked and merchandised.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
