Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wine and other store products.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store, including achieving sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Desirable Skills
- Interest and/or knowledge of wine.
- Previous experience of cash handling.
- Previous experience of stock handling and control.
