Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark in Drumahoe. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, including wine and other beverages, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company regulations and policies, including cash handling and administration procedures.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
