At International Medical Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Health Emergency Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of critical care and transport cases, working closely with our medical team to provide updates and advice on active cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Manage all aspects of cases that meet the Critical Care and Transport criteria, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our medical team to provide updates and advice on active cases, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to junior case managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage complex cases effectively.
  • Communication: Ensure all internal and external communications are dealt with in a professional, disciplined, and courteous manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain all internal and external Service Level Agreements, ensuring key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of global health emergency management, including critical care and transport procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft packages, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, often under pressure.

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
