Job Title: Emergency Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Emergency Response Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our client's support staff, you will be responsible for responding to emergency and priority calls from vulnerable customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine desire to help and support those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to emergency and priority calls from vulnerable customers.
  • Carry out routine visits to sheltered housing schemes in the absence of the scheme manager.
  • Deal with sensitive and emergency situations effectively and efficiently liaising with other customers, next of kin, care agencies, or emergency services.

Requirements:

  • Possess or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
  • Hold a full UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Be willing to work unsociable hours (preferably).
