Job Title: EHS AdvisorThe successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments for hazard identification.
- Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
- Deliver training programs to enhance EHS awareness.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct audits to address non-compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of EHS activities.
- Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.
- A UK based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
- A strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in Data Centre or Construction Industries.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
- Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Competitive Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
