Job Title: EHS Advisor

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments for hazard identification.
  • Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance EHS awareness.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
  • Stay updated on regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits to address non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS activities.
  • Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
  • Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
  • A UK based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
  • A strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in Data Centre or Construction Industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
  • Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
