Night Shift Technician Supervisor

At Rygor Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Technician Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Shift Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and repaired.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the VMU Manager to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians and mechanics to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to our customers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a heavy vehicle maintenance environment.
- Proven track record of successfully supervising and coordinating the work of technicians and mechanics.
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
