At Rygor Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Technician Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, supervising technicians, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians during night shifts
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is completed to the highest standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of parts and materials
- Collaborate with the VMU Manager to optimize workshop efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a heavy vehicle maintenance environment
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
