Night Shift Supervisor Opportunity at Rygor Group

Your role as a Night Shift Supervisor at Rygor Group involves ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop during nighttime hours. You will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, collaborating with the Vehicle Maintenance Unit Manager, and optimizing workflow to maximize resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of skilled technicians to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and control workflow, allocating tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair work, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Perform complex vehicle repairs and maintenance services, staying up-to-date with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage workshop inventory, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with repair teams for diagnostics and planning, documenting repairs and providing warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Proven supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
