Position Overview

Staffline is seeking a dedicated Security Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves working on a rotating schedule of day and night shifts.


Compensation

Competitive pay rate of £55 per hour.


Work Schedule

The role operates on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, with specific shift times to be confirmed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of clients, their personnel, properties, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Welcome staff and visitors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Conduct searches as necessary and patrol the premises.
  • Respond to security incidents effectively.

As a Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment while providing a friendly and professional service.


Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, is essential.

While prior security experience and an SIA license are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as comprehensive SIA (Security Industry Authority) training will be provided.
