Rygor Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and other workshop staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and control the flow of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the VMU Manager to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to technicians and other workshop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track workshop performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a workshop or maintenance environment.
  • Proven track record of improving workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of workshop management software and systems.
