Night Shift Technician Supervisor

At Rygor Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Technician Supervisor to join our team. As a Night Shift Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and repaired.
- Collaborate with the VMU Manager to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure that vehicles are in good working condition.
- Train and develop technicians and mechanics to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure that all work is properly documented and that our team members are held accountable for their performance.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a maintenance or repair environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technicians, mechanics, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
