Join Our Team as a Field Care Supervisor
We're a leading provider of home care services, and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Ipswich Branch as a Field Care Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services that meet and exceed legislative standards.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our team to conduct thorough risk and manual handling assessments for new clients, develop and maintain effective systems and processes, and contribute to achieving exceptional client outcomes.
What We Offer
This role comes with a competitive salary of £23,100 per annum (pro-rata'd to reflect hours worked) and a flexible Zero Hour Contract that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
