Healthcare Support Specialist

At Brainkind, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at The Chantry Neurological Care Centre in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate the provision of high-quality care and support to individuals with neurological conditions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in coordinating care and support services. You will be responsible for ensuring that individuals receive tailored support to meet their needs and preferences.
We offer a competitive salary of £84 per hour, with opportunities for enhancements on weekends and public holidays. Our benefits package includes 35 days' holiday, pension contributions, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of neurological conditions and the support required by individuals affected by them.
