We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting community health.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
- Provide expert healthcare advice and support to patients, particularly those with chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and increase customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
- A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Professional membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- DBS clearance.
- Estimated salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum (dependent on location).
- Generous holiday entitlement: 25 days plus a personal day.
- Annual bonus: up to 20% of annual salary.
