About the Role
The Store Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and that customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the management of stock, visual merchandising, and store displays to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage the store's budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive store environment.
