About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Trainer to join our team at the Royal Navy Leadership Academy. As a Leadership Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Royal Navy personnel, focusing on leadership development and skills enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for Royal Navy personnel, focusing on leadership development and skills enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Royal Navy personnel, to ensure training needs are met.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
