About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Instructor/Teacher to join our team at HMS Collingwood in Fareham. As a Royal Navy Leadership Academy Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering specialist Divisional and Management training to Officers, approximately 37 courses per year. You will also provide training support and feedback as and when required, mark homework, and support meeting the contractual training schedule and programme. Additionally, you will liaise with external authorities and respond to any divisional questions, queries, or issues, ensuring compliance with MoD regulations and procedures.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in training and instruction, preferably with experience within the Royal Navy. You will possess a Level 3/4 instructional/training qualification or equivalent, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and others within and outside the organisation, and have a good knowledge of MS Office. The ability to gain UK SC clearance is also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience, pro rata'd due to term time only.
