About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Delivery Instructor to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Warfare training on Low Frequency Analysis Recording (LOFAR) and SONAR 2087, 2050, to the Royal Navy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training to classes of 8-10, using a combination of practical and classroom instruction.
  • Support line management and other delivery staff in training delivery, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of modernized training courses within the establishment, leveraging your expertise in LOFAR and underwater warfare.
  • Update and maintain training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Proven understanding of LOFAR and its applications in underwater warfare.
  • Experience working within the Royal Navy, with a strong background in underwater warfare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working within the Defence Learning Environment.
  • Level 3 Training or Coaching qualification, or equivalent experience.
