Job Responsibilities- Develop and take responsibility for the delivery of individual training plans tailored to learner needs
- Access and work with BKSB software and analytics as applicable
- Deliver high-quality training to exceed awarding body quality standards for functional skills, in the workplace or remotely using Teams, as appropriate to the learners' requirements
- Deliver training using approved training resources for groups or individuals
- Detailing, monitoring, recording and reporting of learner progress to Exams Officer and Apprenticeship Tutors
- Supply information to employees and employers to support apprenticeship programmes
- Provide appropriate data and information regarding the programmes and learners as required and contribute to the regular self-assessment monitoring process
- Attend CPD and Standardisation events as appropriate (remotely and at the office as required)
- Complete all relevant documentation in order to progress the recording of new learners on the programme in collaboration with the Admin Team and Bud software
- Attend Best Practice Network's conferences and events as required (Bristol or Road show)

Requirements- Hold a qualification or have experience in delivering high-quality functional skills training at Level 1 and 2 remotely and face-to-face
- Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications
- Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role
- Hold a full driving license, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites
- Experience of working in Further Education or a similar environment
