Company Overview:
A leading healthcare provider seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in the North West. The successful candidate will support line managers with employee lifecycle and people plans, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple sites.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to provide expert advice on all areas of the employee lifecycle, develop HR policies, and support recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources or a related field, proven experience as an HR Advisor, and knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support, advice, and coaching on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
• Support line managers with ER cases and escalate high-risk matters where necessary
• Support the development of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide guidance on recruitment and selection strategies
• Assist with performance management processes
• Portfolio ownership of ad hoc projects

Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor
• Experience working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
