About the Position

The Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team. As the primary representative of the organization, you will be responsible for promoting our mission and services within the community.

Main Duties
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of the community, while ensuring compliance with external requirements and regulations.
  • Manage the organization's budget, overseeing financial planning, fundraising, and facilities management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of approximately 40 staff members, including direct reports, outsourcing partners, and consultants.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit and/or human/social services, with increasing responsibility in management and administration.
  • A Master's degree in social sciences, public administration, business, or law degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on staff development and training.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
