A leading institution of higher education in the Philadelphia Metro area seeks a dynamic Fundraising Strategist for Major Giving to join its team of professionals committed to student success.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VPIA) and be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining fundraising strategies related to acquiring major gifts to support the college's mission. This role involves regular contact with the community and requires representing DCCC professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. In partnership with the VPIA and the Director of Annual Giving, spearhead the Building Community Campaign stewardship program for major and principal campaign donors, including developing unique and exclusive events supporting the Building Community Campaign.
  2. In partnership with the Director of Annual Giving, plan and execute all Advancement special events throughout the year, including the annual Golf Classic, the annual Scholarships stewardship event, and other cultivation and stewardship events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan.
