Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
- Support customers with temporary or terminal illnesses, providing emotional and practical care.
- Assist with eating and drinking, as well as light domestic duties such as bed making.
- Engage customers in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, promoting their overall wellbeing.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.55.
- 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
