About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration
  • Supporting customers with temporary or terminal illnesses, and helping them to maintain their independence
  • Assisting with light domestic duties, such as bed making and laundry
  • Engaging customers in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation

Requirements
  • Care Certificate (desirable)
  • QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
  • Full driving license (desirable)
