About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Vibrance, a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our residents, enabling them to live a full and active life. You will work closely with residents, providing personalized support in all areas of day-to-day life, including personal care, mealtimes, recreation, and leisure activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to maintain high standards of service, design personalized support plans, and provide emotional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents in all areas of day-to-day life
  • Design and implement personalized support plans to meet individual needs
