About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Hales Homecare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our customers
  • Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, bathing, and toileting
  • Support with light domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning
  • Help with medication management and mobility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and their families
