About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Administer and store medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Conduct light domestic duties, such as bed making and laundry, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, providing emotional and practical care.
  • Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Engage in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation, to promote customers' mental and emotional well-being.
About You
