As a Clinical Educator in Operating Department Practice, you will contribute to the management of clinical activities and deliver specialist and generalist knowledge and skills to students at all HE levels. You will use different learning and teaching methods, sensitive to different cultures and students' ways of learning. Your level of appointment will be in line with your previous experience, and the University will offer you career development opportunities.

You will work within an established and friendly group of academic and professional staff, contributing to enhancing the work and reputation of the School as a whole, collaborating inter-professionally with colleagues in the Faculty, University, and externally as appropriate. You will undertake scholarly activity, maintain or work towards being research active, and contribute to the School's enterprise and innovation within the UK and internationally.

The role is flexible and connected, with opportunities to work with students and staff to co-produce teaching materials and create an inclusive environment. You will continue your own personal and professional development as an academic, using the evidence base and research to inform teaching.
