Clarion Housing Group is a leading not-for-profit social landlord, providing affordable homes and services to over 350,000 customers across England.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Home Moves, overseeing approximately 3,500 new social lettings every year nationwide.

This position reports directly to the Director of Housing and involves managing Clarion's Home Moves department and national portfolio of social housing lettings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive Home Moves strategy focused on improving lettings performance and reducing costs associated with Council Tax and Utilities.
  • Liaising with the Council Tax and Utilities team to drive down expenses and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Fostering an innovative approach to new homes lettings through strategic partnerships and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant CIH (or equivalent) qualification in social housing management, or commit to obtaining one within two years of taking up the role.

A passion for social housing and excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as experience in financial planning, budget building, and analyzing complex data to inform resource allocation and service delivery.

Given the hybrid nature of this role, you will need to be visible nationally, visiting various regional lettings locations throughout the country.

Salary: £97,414 - £121,767 per annum (London), £86,016 - £107,519 per annum (National), plus £5,000 car allowance.
