We are seeking a dedicated Education Specialist to join our team, providing specialist therapeutic education to exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 with special educational needs and disabilities.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working directly with high-risk and complex pupils in a recognized setting such as social work, youth work, or education.
  • Substantial experience supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH and an understanding of potential implications for communication, learning, and behavior patterns.
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and excellent benefits including comprehensive induction, weekly training, and development opportunities, and employee support and wellbeing benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a differentiated and holistic education to pupils in the community or in their homes, supported by educationalists, therapists, social workers, and experts in nurturing and therapeutic education.
  • To work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring pupils make significant progress and achieve positive outcomes.
  • To contribute to the school's mission to provide a safe and supportive environment where pupils can thrive and reach their full potential.
