Neurodiverse Education Advocate

We are seeking a Neurodiverse Education Advocate to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will work closely with our pupils, providing them with a supportive and stimulating education that meets their individual needs.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working directly with high-risk and complex pupils, and will possess substantial experience supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH. They will also have an understanding of potential implications for communication, learning, and behaviour patterns.

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
