About Us
">Homes2inspire Limited, a leading provider of Children's Homes with 30 homes across the UK, has formed a unique partnership with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset County Council to offer innovative care services for children and young people in Somerset.
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our new Residential Children's home service within Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Registered Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To assist in the day-to-day running of the Children's Home, ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people.
- To provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- To work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You
- You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a Residential setting.
- Recent experience working as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker in a Children's Home is essential.
- You must hold a minimum QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Flexibility to cover shifts and a full UK Driving Licence are also required.
