Salary: £26,000 per annum for unqualified candidates and £28,000 for qualified NVQ Level 3 Diploma holders in Residential Childcare.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Childcare Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with children who require additional support due to their emotional behavioural difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of these children are met consistently to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, promoting a sense of security and stability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning, development, and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
  • Valid driving license required for travel between locations.
