About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Homes2inspire Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Registered Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To assist in the day-to-day running of the Children's Home, ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

  • A salary of £34,320 - £36,400 per annum, plus on-call allowance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a Residential setting.
  • Recent experience working as a Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker in a Children's Home is essential.
  • A minimum QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts and a full UK Driving Licence.
