About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Researcher to join our Digital and Data team at Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation). As a User Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping our services to meet the needs of our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and conduct research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design principles to inform service development.
  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver services that meet user needs.
  • Test design ideas, content, and features to identify and understand problems and develop solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced User Researcher who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in user research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
