Requirements

  • Proven experience as a User Researcher, ideally in the tech or public sector domain.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods, including qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • BPSS clearance is required for this role.
