We are seeking a highly skilled User Research Manager to join our team at BT. As a key member of our Consumer Digital department, you will be responsible for leading a team of user researchers and driving the direction of research across BT.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of user researchers and provide guidance on research methodologies and best practices.
- Develop and implement research strategies to inform product development and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to ensure research is integrated into the product development process.
- Conduct user research studies to identify and prioritize problems that impact user experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure research is aligned with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- Proven experience in user research, including experience managing a team and leading research projects.
