Job Description:
As a Clinical Lead in GUM/HIV Care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes. This includes participating in the provision of an advanced level clinical pharmacy service, supporting the development of relevant service modernization initiatives, and promoting evidence-based practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent qualification.
